Job Description:

Join our team at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin as a Traveling Registered Nurse (RN). You'll be working 12-hour day shifts for a 13-week assignment, providing direct patient care in a busy hospital environment. Your main responsibilities include implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring safety and recovery for each patient. You'll also lead discharge planning efforts, collaborating with patients and the interdisciplinary team to facilitate smooth transitions.
