Job Description:

Join our team as an experienced Orthopedic/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Winston-Salem, NC, for a 20-week contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced unit that handles orthopedic, neuro spine, and post-surgical patients. You'll be responsible for maintaining high-quality care during 12-hour night shifts, with potential variations of 36 or 48 hours per week. Float requirements mean you may work across multiple med-surg units, and weekend shifts are every other week. This assignment is ideal for nurses with at least two years of orthopedic experience and the ability to navigate Epic electronic health records. Note: RTO (Time Off Requests) after booking is not permitted, and no holiday RTO is approved. The focus is on hands-on patient management, pain control, and staying alert on a busy, high-demand unit.
