Job Description:

Join a Surgical Operating Room team in Georgetown, TX, for a 13-week contract as an RN specializing in OR and surgery procedures. This role involves supporting a busy surgical unit, assisting with orthopedic, robotic general surgery, urology, breast oncology, podiatry, and ENT procedures. You will work 10-hour days, primarily from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with call responsibilities that include rotating weekdays and weekends, especially on call-only weekends. The position offers the chance to experience a small, efficient unit with only 4 beds, high patient ratios of 1:1, and a collaborative team of around 23 staff members, including OR managers, nurses, and surgical techs. Expect to work in an environment equipped with advanced OR equipment and Meditech EMR, providing a platform to hone your surgical and technological skills in a supportive setting.
