Job Description:

This contract role involves overseeing the clinical operations of a hospital-based Long Term Care unit. You will coordinate resident care services, manage staffing and policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a hands-on leader who can juggle multiple responsibilities—think of it as being the captain of a well-oiled ship, steering daily activities, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives. The schedule is 8am to 4:30pm with possible rotating weekends, providing a structured yet engaging workday.
