Job Description:

Join a highly specialized, high-acuity unit where you'll manage a demanding case load of stroke, cardiovascular, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health, and sepsis cases during overnight shifts. This role requires a seasoned Registered Nurse comfortable with independent practice, quick assessment, and complex patient management. The environment is fast-paced, with a focus on providing precise, evidence-based care in a setting that expects professionalism and confidence. Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team, handle emergent situations, and contribute to patient recovery in a unit that handles some trauma but is not trauma-designated.
