Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical-Surgical RN in Fort Wayne, IN, for a 13-week travel assignment with overnight 12-hour shifts. You'll be caring for a diverse patient population in a modern hospital setting, managing everything from chronic illnesses like COPD, Diabetes, and CHF to post-procedure recovery for colonoscopies, thoracentesis, and minor surgeries. The role involves assessments, care planning, medication management, and using advanced equipment such as IV pumps, wound vacs, and telemetry monitors. The facility provides comprehensive orientation, including Epic training, to prepare you for a successful deployment. This is a chance to hone your skills in a vibrant environment without long-term commitments, all while earning your weekly gross of approximately $2,031.42. Patients are typically cared for at a 450+ bed hospital, and you'll have support from experienced staff floating to other medical units as needed.
