Job Description:

Join the Surgical Medical Care Center team as an MS RN for a 13-week travel contract at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, IN. This role involves providing specialized surgical care for post-operative patients recovering from procedures such as Whipples, vascular surgeries, heart caths, bariatrics, ENT, and podiatry. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts, with a focus on managing complex assessments, wound care, chest tubes, drains, and blood products. The assignment offers a chance to experience a vibrant hospital culture and develop your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Expect to float within your skill set across campus facilities, including nearby sites in Newburgh and Henderson, KY. Be prepared for a demanding but rewarding experience where your expertise makes a real difference.
