Job Description:

Join a Surgical Oncology MS RN contract at a busy clinical setting, where you'll be providing specialized care for complex Med/Surg and oncology patients. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, with a focus on managing postoperative care, drains, IVs, and patient assessments. You'll float within the same campus and occasionally to nearby facilities, ensuring a versatile and engaging experience. The position is ideal for nurses with at least two years of strong Med/Surg experience, including trauma, critical thinking skills, and recent EPIC charting proficiency. The contract lasts 13 weeks, offering a chance to immerse yourself in a reputable team led by a manager with over 15 years of experience, all while working in a unit known for its excellent retention and skilled staff.
