Job Description:

Join a fast-paced orthopedic and neuro spine unit in Winston-Salem, NC, as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM), with a commitment of 36 hours per week. You’ll be responsible for delivering specialized patient care to post-surgical and neuro spine patients, managing pain, and staying sharp on IV starts and telemetry monitoring. Flexibility to float within med-surg units when needed ensures a dynamic work environment. Note: RTO is not permitted after booking, and holiday time off cannot be approved. The unit prefers candidates with at least 2 years of experience, including orthopedics, and certifications such as BCLS and NIH. A background with EPIC, telemetry, and IV skills will help you succeed in this fast-paced setting.
