Job Description:

Join the team as an OB RN in Wausau, WI, for a 13-week contract that promises both challenge and reward. You will be working in an 11-bed Labor and Delivery unit, assisting in the care of mothers and their newborns during the critical labor, delivery, and postpartum phases. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, every third weekend, and alternating holidays. Flexibility during low census periods involves on-call responsibilities, with an opportunity for call-back pay if summoned. This role demands a minimum of 2 years of OB experience with proficiency in EPIC charting. Certified in BLS and NRP, Wisconsin RN licensure is required. Be prepared to handle a highly variable census, with approximately 112 deliveries per month, and enjoy the satisfaction of contributing during an essential time for families. This assignment offers a blend of routine and the unexpected in a fast-paced OB setting.
