Job Description:

This registered nurse role specializes in wound care, offering a hands-on experience with a diverse range of wound types including diabetic foot wounds, vascular wounds, and pressure injuries. You'll work primarily with inpatient and outpatient populations, managing a patient load of approximately one wound patient per hour, depending on case complexity. The position emphasizes technical wound management skills such as debridement, use of wound vacs, ABI testing, and cast cutting. Autonomy is key, as you'll operate in a small, tight-knit team that values independence, all while maintaining a supportive environment with a family feel. Expect a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, with no nights, weekends, or major holidays—the perfect setting for hands-on wound care without the night shift.
