Job Description:

Join the team at Kansas City's renowned hospital as a dedicated telemetry nurse in the 3 North MedSurg unit at Research Medical Center. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing vital monitoring and care for a diverse patient population. Your role will involve operating advanced equipment such as Welch Allen/ Dynamap VS machines, bladder scanners, and wound vacs, while maintaining detailed documentation in Meditech. This assignment offers a chance to collaborate with a small, skilled team, including a unit secretary and PCTs, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficiency. Expect to perform procedures like IV insertions, wound care, post-op and trach care, and managing urinary and feeding tubes.
