Job Description:

Join our team as a Med/Tele RN on a 14-week contract at a regional hospital in Savannah, GA. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a 23-bed medical and telemetry unit, caring for patients with diverse conditions including post-admission cases. You’ll be managing titratable drips like Heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone, interpreting telemetry strips, and collaborating with charge RNs who primarily oversee the unit without direct patient assignments. The assignment offers an onsite orientation, opportunities to self-schedule shifts, and the chance to work in a facility that values experienced, adaptable nurses responsible for a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 or 1:5.
