This role involves evaluating patients across various diagnoses within inpatient units such as CCU, outpatient, and day surgery. You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional mobility. Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs will be integral to your daily routine.
