Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Newburgh, IN, for a 13-week travel contract at Deaconess Gateway. You'll be working 12-hour mids, from 11a to 11p, providing critical emergency care in a Level II Trauma setting. This assignment is perfect for experienced ER nurses with at least 3 years in fast-paced environments who are comfortable performing 12-lead EKGs, Dysrhythmia exams, and managing pediatric and adult trauma cases. You'll have the opportunity to work with Epic charting software, demonstrating your clinical proficiency while floating is not required. Expect to work an average of 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday off, and a guaranteed 36 hours weekly, barring unit closures during holidays. This role offers a unique chance to experience a community hospital environment while honing advanced trauma skills in a vibrant setting.
