Job Description:

This registered nurse position in labor and delivery offers a hands-on experience overseeing patient management in a 25-bed critical access hospital setting. The role involves working three 12-hour night shifts each week, providing vital support during labor, delivery, and postpartum care. You'll be part of a team that handles two Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms, one triage area, and postpartum/gynecological spaces, all while utilizing Cerner charting. Expect to coordinate with anesthesia services available 24/7 and support from department leadership. This assignment is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a close-knit community hospital environment, where your skills in fetal monitoring and patient support are valued and essential.
