Job Description:

Join a vital team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Worcester, MA, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a maternity float pool that keeps things interesting. This contract involves 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend and holiday, providing a balanced schedule. Your role will include both labor and postpartum duties, with an emphasis on intermediate and above care levels. Experience with Epic EHR, ACLS, BLS, and NRP are necessary, and familiarity with telemetry is a plus. Be prepared to ace medication and telemetry exams during orientation—pass or contract cancellation. This assignment offers a chance to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment while contributing to maternal and newborn health services. The approximately 36 hours per week make it ideal for a focused, impactful experience over a 13-week period.
