Job Description:

Join a hospital team in Anchorage as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. This 13-week assignment offers the flexibility of 12-hour night shifts, with options for 3x12 or 4x12 schedules. You will be essential in supporting patient admissions, discharge education, and care planning within a unique co-care/virtual nursing model—where bedside RNs work alongside virtual RNs and CNAs to deliver efficient, patient-centered care. Candidates must have an Alaska RN license ready for immediate auto-offer and bring at least one year of experience. This assignment provides guaranteed hours, though scheduling may include some weekend coverage, and floating within scope is possible to meet unit needs.
