Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specialized in ICU, working a 12-hour night shift in Gardner, MA. This assignment offers the chance to immerse yourself in advanced critical care, managing complex patient needs such as mechanical ventilation, arrhythmia detection, and hemodynamic monitoring. You'll assess and adjust patient plans, administer medications, interpret EKGs, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds—all with a focus on precision and patient safety.
