As an ER Registered Nurse, you'll be providing vital care across a flexible 48 to 62-bed unit, often floating to nearby hospitals as needed. Expect to manage a variety of challenging situations—from interpreting complex dysrhythmias to administering procedural sedation, all while working 12-hour day shifts with a team dedicated to excellence.
