Job Description:

Join the Pediatric ICU team at Johns Hopkins Hospital's Bloomberg Children's Center for a 13-week travel contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized, Level 1 designated Burn, Trauma, and Eye center, where you'll care for patients from newborns to 21 years old with complex medical conditions such as respiratory failure, metabolic disorders, and multi-organ failure. The ICU handles a range of surgeries including cardiac, thoracic, and transplant procedures, with patient care involving continuous infusions, medications, and advanced technology like ECMO and ventricular assist devices. The shift is 12-hour day shifts, providing a comprehensive experience in pediatric critical care. This assignment is unique for its focus on highly specialized pediatric interventions, collaborative environment, and the chance to make a critical difference in young patients' lives.
