Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding 13-week contract as a critical care nurse in Salem's Level III Trauma Center, specializing in Medical ICU (MICU) care. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts in a 20-bed ICU that treats a diverse range of adult patients, including those with severe conditions like sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac emergencies. This role offers a chance to apply your expertise in telemetry and adult ICU protocols while floating across medical and surgical units depending on staffing needs. The environment is fast-paced yet collaborative, with attendings and residents present around the clock. It's a balanced challenge for experienced nurses who thrive in high-acuity settings and are able to quickly adapt to different patient populations and unit workflows.
