Job Description:

Join us for an engaging ICU float nurse contract at a Level I trauma center in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple ICU units, including neuro, cardiothoracic, and medical-surgical trauma, providing a well-rounded experience. You’ll cover 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks, with duties including managing ventilators, critical drips, and complex ICU care, all while keeping your skills sharp in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The assignment is unique in its float pool aspect, requiring independence and adaptability when working in different ICU settings.
