Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract as a Medical Surgical RN in Springfield, Illinois. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) in a busy acute care hospital, where you'll manage diverse patient cases and perform essential clinical duties. Your expertise with PICC line management and starting IVs will be vital, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work with trach and laryngectomy patients. The unique aspect of this assignment is the chance to float within your scope to meet hospital needs, including taking on up to a 1:7 patient ratio if necessary. Flexibility and adaptability are key to thriving in this environment, and you'll be part of a Magnet-recognized facility known for high standards and excellent staff support.
