Job Description:

Join this specialized role in a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, where you'll be providing critical care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced treatment in a 12-bed unit. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that handles overflow from the Medical ICU and high-acuity cardiac cases. Expect to rotate between night and day shifts, with four 12-hour overnight shifts per week, during a 13-week contract. Your expertise will be central in supporting patients in distress, and you'll work closely with a team that values your two or more years of CICU experience in a Level II trauma setting. The role involves using Epic EHR systems, adhering to BLS and ACLS protocols, and providing vital care in a level of intensity that makes a difference.
