Job Description:

Join us as a Stepdown Cardiac Registered Nurse in Columbia, South Carolina, where you'll be part of a dedicated team providing specialized cardiac care in a vibrant acute care hospital. This 13-week contract involves working 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., offering a balanced schedule that allows you to enjoy your off time exploring the surroundings. Your role will focus on caring for cardiac patients transitioning from intensive care, with responsibilities including telemetry monitoring and IV starts. This assignment stands out due to the opportunity to float between downtown and northeast campuses, providing a variety of cases and teamwork experiences. Two years of relevant experience and current licensure in South Carolina or a Multi-State Compact license are required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
