Job Description:

Join a versatile and fast-paced Stepdown Nursing role that offers the chance to float across multiple units within a hospital setting, primarily within the MS/TELE pool. As a progressive RN, you'll be caring for high-acuity patients in a role that requires adaptability and clinical expertise. The shifts are 12 hours long, and you can expect to work three days a week, providing ample time to explore the local area or just enjoy some well-earned rest. This position is perfect for nurses who thrive on variety and are comfortable managing complex patient cases such as post-cardiac interventions, arrhythmias, and neurosurgery recovery, among others. You'll be working closely with specialized teams while experiencing a broad scope of care that sharpens your skills and keeps your days interesting.
