Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract as an Operating Room RN in the charming city of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. This role offers a chance to work closely with orthopedic, obstetric, and general surgical cases, with a focus on knee and hip replacements, cataract procedures, and C-sections. The schedule consists of 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, giving you long weekends to explore local sights or relax. The environment requires resilience and flexibility, especially as you'll float to other units and facilities based on census needs. This assignment is perfect for experienced OR nurses comfortable handling emergency situations and working with EPIC charting. You'll be integral to a dedicated team providing comprehensive surgical care across inpatient and outpatient settings, with on-call responsibilities including one overnight shift per week and rotating weekend calls. Your expertise will shine in a fast-paced, supportive setting that values your adaptability and technical skills.
