Job Description:

This Trauma ICU Registered Nurse role offers a chance to work in a Level I Trauma facility, providing critical care in a fast-paced environment. The position involves 12-hour day shifts, three days per week, focusing on trauma cases that require swift, precise intervention. You'll be managing a patient load of 1:2, with opportunities to float across ICU, IMC, and Tele units as needed. Epic charting system experience is essential, as you'll be documenting complex cases while delivering exceptional care. This assignment is perfect for nurses with a minimum of two years' trauma ICU experience who thrive in a high-stakes, team-oriented setting and are comfortable working in a busy hospital environment.
