Job Description:

Join a reputable Level 1 trauma center as an experienced RN in Labor & Delivery for a 15-week contract. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, caring for high-risk OB patients in a busy maternity unit that features antepartum, postpartum, and triage beds. Your daily tasks will include managing labor inductions, cesarean deliveries, and postpartum recovery—all while circulating in the OR and stabilizing newborns in the PACU. This role combines hands-on patient management with the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team, including in-house hospitalists and neonatologists, in a facility known for its advanced OB services and high-risk patient care. Expect a fast-paced environment that values your expertise in high-risk pregnancy care and advanced fetal monitoring techniques. The assignment also offers a chance to sharpen your skills in managing high-acuity obstetric emergencies, magnesium and insulin drips, as well as baby care at both vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
