Job Description:

This position offers an opportunity to work as a Labor & Delivery RN at Mercy Hospital Joplin, specializing in the birthing center with a focus on LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum). You will be scheduled for 12-hour day shifts over a 14-week contract, providing hands-on support during childbirth and assisting with patient preparation, monitoring, and recovery. The role requires flexibility to float as needed and adherence to strict vaccination and exemption policies during flu season. Expect a fulfilling experience working with a patient-focused team in a facility recognized for safety and compassionate care, all while enjoying the vibrant local community.
