Job Description:

Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech in Prestonsburg, KY, where you'll play a vital role supporting cardiovascular procedures in a bustling catheterization laboratory. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in two Cath Labs and occasionally in the EP Lab, assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiology cases, device implants, and cross-training opportunities. The schedule features four 10-hour days, providing a balanced workload with a mix of weekday call duties and procedural oversight. You'll be the backbone on call 8-15 days each month, responding swiftly to STEMI alerts, and working alongside a dedicated team of RNs and Rad Techs. Scrubs and lead aprons are provided, and you'll experience a lively comprehensive environment that keeps your skills sharp and your days engaging. The assignment emphasizes hands-on involvement with advanced devices like Impella, Shockwave, and Pacemakers, making it ideal for technologists eager to expand their expertise in a fast-paced setting.
