Job Description:

Join us in Seattle for a 13-week ICU Registered Nurse contract that offers a chance to work in a renowned Magnet, Level I trauma, teaching hospital. This role is perfect for experienced ICU nurses ready to handle a mix of medical and cardiology patients, including cases like sepsis, ARDS, and post-arrest arrhythmias. Your days will be from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with 12-hour shifts that keep your schedule predictable and allow for some downtime. You'll work alongside skilled professionals in a supportive environment that values your expertise, especially in telemetry, Vents, and conscious sedation. Proficiency in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias is a must, and you'll be tested on these skills. As part of your assignment, you'll be expected to float within the ICU scope and be comfortable with the hospital's Epic EMR and Pyxis medication system.
