Job Description:

This travel opportunity places you on the 7A Trauma/Ortho/Med-Surg unit at a busy hospital in Alexandria, LA. Expect to perform a variety of procedures such as wound vac changes, IV insertions, and Foley catheter insertions while working alongside a dedicated team. The role requires active nursing licensure, ACLS, and BLS certifications. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts over a 13-week assignment, immersing yourself in a fast-paced setting where teamwork and critical thinking are key. This contract offers an engaging, hands-on experience in a vibrant healthcare environment with a patient load of approximately six per nurse.
