Job Description:

Join us as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Dothan, Alabama, for a 13-week travel contract that offers a great opportunity to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced ortho unit. You'll work 12-hour daytime shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) on a schedule that allows for plenty of patient interaction and teamwork. This assignment is perfect for experienced nurses comfortable managing patient ratios of 1:6-7, with proficiency in administering drips such as Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone. The role involves working on a unit that occasionally handles MS and Tele overflow, including cardiac drips, making it an engaging and varied setting. Certification requirements include BLS, NIHSS, with ACLS preferred.
