Job Description:

Join a renowned hospital as a Cath Lab Tech in Rapid City, South Dakota, for a 20-week travel assignment. This role involves working in a newly renovated hybrid cath lab/OR room, performing a mix of open and closed procedures such as TAVR, EVAR, TMVR, TCAR, and femoral bypass, primarily on adult patients. Expect to conduct around 1-2 cases daily, with a typical schedule of 10-hour days, including weekend rotations and on-call shifts, all while supporting procedures with advanced equipment like Siemens and Philips X-ray systems. This position is ideal for experienced technologists with at least 2 years in the procedure area, comfortable with endovascular techniques, hybrid OR settings, and EVAR procedures. The facility emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and a supportive environment, with opportunities to precept students and work with a variety of cutting-edge technology. If skilled in cardiothoracic procedures and holding ARRT or RCIS certification, this assignment offers a chance to deepen your expertise in a dynamic hospital environment.
