This 13-week contract places you on the 6W Transplant Nephrology unit, where you'll provide essential support in a specialized nephrology setting. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, offering attentive care to kidney transplant and renal patients, with a focus on medical/surgical procedures and dialysis preparation off the unit. The role offers a chance to deepen your expertise in transplant nephrology while enjoying a manageable patient ratio of 1:6, with helpful resources like unit secretaries and PCTs to support your work.
