Job Description:

Join the team at a vibrant hospital in Fort Worth for a 13-week contract in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, with a schedule that includes one night shift per week and two weekend shifts, offering a varied and engaging work experience. As a PACU nurse, you will be responsible for caring for patients recovering from surgery, including procedures across general, neuro, oncology, orthopedics, and vascular specialties. The unit shares space with the Operating Room and is equipped with advanced technology, including state-of-the-art equipment and a Meditech electronic health record system. Your expertise in ICU and PACU procedures will be essential, and your easy-going, pleasant personality will help foster a positive environment for staff and patients alike.
