Job Description:

Join an outpatient clinic as an RN-Triage where you'll be the go-to professional managing telephone triage support. This role involves handling patient calls, documenting encounters, and following established protocols to guide patient care. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, providing essential support that helps keep the clinic running smoothly. Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team, address patient inquiries via MyChart, and process prior authorizations and cardiac clearance forms. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the frontline of patient communication without the typical patient room visits, making it an engaging experience for experienced triage nurses ready to make an impact.
