Job Description:

Join a specialized pediatric cardiac critical-care team on a 13-week travel contract in vibrant Miami. As a CICU RN, you'll deliver comprehensive care to pediatric patients with congenital heart defects, overseeing assessments, medication administration, and post-procedure recovery. This role offers the unique experience of working predominantly with pediatric patients, with the flexibility of occasional adult cases. You'll operate on a night shift schedule, enjoying the chance to see a different side of the city while providing vital care during overnight hours. Job Specifics:

Location: Miami, Florida
Shift: Night shift, 12 hours (7:30 PM - 8:00 AM)

This role requires candidates to have at least 2 years of ICU experience, with a focus on pediatric cardiac care and congenital heart defects. Active Florida RN license or multistate eNLC license, along with certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS through the American Heart Association, are mandatory. Experience with Cerner electronic medical records is a strict requirement. Weekend coverage is expected every other week, with the possibility of working holidays. Some float to other nursing units may be required.
