You'll experience a mix of fast-paced surgeries in a community hospital setting, with the chance to see the stunning mountain ranges and serene lake scenery during your free time. The shift is 12-hour days, with a guaranteed weekly schedule of 36 hours, and some on-call responsibilities. This OR RN role involves supporting a variety of surgeries, including joint replacements, spine, neuro, and robotics procedures. Floating within 25 miles may be required. Candidates need 1-2 years of OR experience, certification, and the ability to handle a fast-paced surgical environment with patient cases ranging from 10 to 25 per day. The facility uses Meditech electronic health records and Da Vinci robotics equipment, making it an excellent chance to work with advanced technology and diverse surgical cases.
