This travel healthcare contract offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse specializing in advanced heart failure and LVAD management. As a Nurse Navigator, you'll play a vital role in guiding patients through their complex heart failure journeys, supporting them with education and coordination. Location: Washington, DC
