Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU team in a vibrant Illinois city, working on a 14-bed unit that specializes in adult critical care. You'll be responsible for managing patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, strokes, and those requiring ventilators or trachs. The role offers variable shifts averaging 40 hours per week, providing a flexible yet rewarding experience that challenges your critical thinking and technical skills. This assignment is perfect for professionals trained with ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and those holding CCRN certification, with opportunities to float to PCU or Med/Surg as needed.
