Job Description

Take your CVOR expertise on the road with a 13-week travel contract in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is designed for a Registered Nurse with experience circulating cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases in a short-term acute care setting.

You will work three 12-hour day shifts, generally from 6:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., with rotating start times as needed. The case mix primarily includes cardiac and thoracic procedures, along with open and endovascular vascular cases, liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants, and pancreatic procedures. Circulating experience is required; scrub experience is highly preferred, though it is not required for the day shift.

The assignment includes weekday and weekend call as determined by unit needs, as well as holiday coverage discussed in advance. Nurses may float within the service line. Candidates need at least two years of CVOR experience; nurses with one year may be considered when they have more than two years of Level I trauma experience. BLS and ACLS are required, and BSN preparation is preferred.
