Job Description

Join an acute medical unit as a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse caring for acutely ill adult and geriatric patients with general medical, surgical, infectious disease, telemetry, and neurological needs. You will identify EKG rhythms, manage non-titrating cardiac drips and approved medication infusions, complete pre- and post-procedure assessments, and provide neurological care for acute ischemic stroke and TIA patients. The assignment includes floating within the service line and your scope of practice. No call and no weekends make this 12-hour day assignment a straightforward fit for travelers ready to bring their skills to the bedside.

Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. CPI is preferred, and at least one year of experience is required. First-time travelers are welcome.
