Job Description

Join an outpatient oncology clinic in New Haven as a Practice Registered Nurse supporting patients before, during, and after treatment, as well as during follow-up, pre-operative, and post-operative visits. This assignment focuses on ambulatory oncology practice—not infusion. You will manage electronic in-basket messages, provide education about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, perform telephone triage, assist providers during clinic visits, and coordinate tests, referrals, appointments, and other care needs. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team and may float between specialties within your scope. Oncology experience, ambulatory practice experience, phone triage skills, and chemotherapy knowledge are required.
