Job Description

This 12-week travel contract is designed for a Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse caring for adult through geriatric patients during 12-hour night shifts. You will manage cardiac-focused care involving post-MI recovery, heart failure, arrhythmias, chest pain, peripheral vascular disease, and peritoneal dialysis. Responsibilities include completing vital sign and blood glucose checks, monitoring telemetry and EKGs, using Doppler assessments, and serving as a charge nurse when needed. Experience with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR is required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. Floating may be required within the facility and your scope of practice. With no call requirement, this assignment is a good fit for a night owl who enjoys focused cardiac nursing.
