Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is for a registered nurse supporting a medical-surgical oncology unit in Boise. You will care for patients with oncology, bone marrow transplant, gynecologic oncology surgery, hospice, and higher-acuity medical-surgical needs. Oncology or chemotherapy experience is preferred, and nurses with general medical-surgical experience may be considered with at least two years of experience. Chemotherapy certification is required for administering chemotherapy. The schedule includes 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with weekend and holiday rotation requirements and no call. Travelers may float to other medical-surgical units or nearby sister facilities as needed. This assignment offers a supportive team setting and an opportunity to expand your oncology nursing experience in Idaho’s capital city.
