Job Description:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in a rural health clinic and inpatient setting in Viroqua, Wisconsin. You will perform skilled evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and support patients as they work toward recovery and functional independence. The assignment also includes educating patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home-based programs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. This day-shift contract offers the opportunity to serve a close-knit rural community across both clinic and inpatient care settings.

Job Specifics:

City and State: Viroqua, Wisconsin

Shift: Day shift; variable schedule during clinic hours, approximately 6:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Duration: 40 hours per week for 13 weeks
