Job Description:

This Operating Room Registered Nurse position offers a chance to work in a bustling hospital environment within IU Health's Indianapolis location. You will be integral to supporting various surgical specialties, including Orthopedics, Robotics, GYN, Thoracic, ENT, Urology, Plastics, and Liver resection cases, utilizing DaVinci XI technology. The role involves circulating and assisting during surgeries, with shifts scheduled from 7:00 to 19:30 on Saturdays and Sundays, alongside one rotating weekday. Call requirements are 40-60 hours within a six-week rotation, making this assignment ideal for experienced OR nurses ready to take on diverse cases. Travel nurses with BCLS certification and at least 2 years of recent experience in surgical settings, including charge nurse duties, are encouraged to apply.
